I moved to Slayden in 2004 and was told by a neighbor that I should check out Carlisle's Big Star in Holly Springs, especially their butcher shop. They were right! The quality of the meat, the friendliness of the store managers and staff, and the weekly grocery deals keep me from buying groceries at WalMart. It's competely worth the extra stop. Pros: Unbeatable service, quality and prices more
