Working with Carl to design our dream home was a great experience that continues to enrich our lives! Carl listened to our requirements and dreams, was creative without busting the budget and, in fact, gave us a home that we have lived in now for 10 years and we can?t imagine being anywhere else. Carl is truly a great talent, customer oriented, and a top-notch professional. He is so good, in fact, that we hired him again to design a second structure on our property. It?s under construction right now and will be a wonderful addition to the home we worked so hard on with him years ago. Reading the Anger from the above review... tells me there must of been two sides to this story because Mr. Perron is one of the most honest, talented, prompt, caring and compassionate person that I have ever met. You see he built our dream beyond our expectation, talked with us and felt what we wanted and then created...we will cherish his work and talent forever!! We had an awful experience working with Carl to build our dream home, so horrible, we felt compelled to write about it. Carl was dishonest, did not deliver on time as promised, failed to communicate regularly with us so, we always were in the dark on what was happening. We do not recommend Carl as an architect.
