Good Service is hard to come by, I think we all know that is true, but every now and then we all stumble upon a business that exudes excellence. BH Carpet Cleaners is one of those companies. No other carpet business has impressed me as much as they have. They are very professional, and I will never use a different company as long as they are in business. more

These guys are awesome! They did such a great job on my poor tortured rug and I have felt such guilt at taking so long to write this because I was so grateful for how accommodating they were and what a fabulous job they did. And I love that they are a smaller company and I could support a local firm. First, I have birds at home so I did not want anything with lots of chemicals or smells because of their sensitive respiratory systems (though I still moved them to the back of the house). I also try to avoid a lot of chemicals and smells and these guys fit the bill. Literally, it did not smell at all. And second, I had had a ""rug emergency"" the night before and when I begged they even managed to squeeze me in that evening because one of their techs was willing to take an extra job! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! So I was sold on what I read about their rep on yelp and city search, their willingness to help me short notice and their process. They have a several step process (that I am sure they would be happy to explain to you by phone) where they vacuum and clean and that all sounded great to me. They were slightly more expensive than some of the competitors I called for bids, but my rug is important to me and I trusted them that they knew what they were doing. You really do get what you pay for--though if you are some renter from hell doing the last minute ""oh my God i need my deposit back!"" you might not care. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He knew what he was doing and when he left, he even managed to get my rug back down on the floor in a tight spot without having to put the couch that had been resting on it back by sliding a little bit of the rug closer to the tv (I had never realized that there was space under the lip of that big honking thing where my rug could lie unburdened). I know they can't promise anything, but my rug looked fabulous and all the stains came out. In fact, I almost did not recognize it because the overall color was so much improved (I guess I had never seen it ""clean"" before). more

I love it when I get more than I expect. I just wanted my carpet cleaned and they sent this young man to my home and he was very professional and incredibly friendly and outgoing. He did a great job on the carpet, but he was simply a pleasure to have in my home, I never felt uncomfortable with having a stranger in my house. We talked about certain things we had in common and then he was on his way to another job. I'm sure the next customer felt the same way I did about the young man and the company he works for. Beware: this company uses the same chemicals any other carpet cleaning business does, while proclaiming them ""safer"" and more ""environmentally sound"" - while charging YOU an arm and a leg. Get a Roto Rooter. It does the same work for the right price, and it doesn't hire/fire employees unfairly like this company does!! Cons: Hefty charge for chemicals any carpet cleaners use more

My experience with Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners has only been positive. They are professional on the phone and do a wonderful thorough job on site. We called Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners for 2 reasons. 1st - the tons of raving reviews and 2nd - honestly the name. We simply wanted a good quality cleaning without any harsh chemicals. I called about 10 different companies but we were not about to fall for some companies bait-and-switch tactics anytime soon. So we call Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners. This is basically how the conversation went?.. ? We can give you an exact price over the phone, We can give you an exact time when we will arrive, Let me tell you about our 4 step procedure, We work 7 days per week ? choose your day and would you like for use to call and confirm one day before the job???..WOW. So far so good, Right? Absolutely. Our appointment was scheduled for Sunday. They called us on Saturday to confirm like they had promised. On Sun my technical was running 15 mins late so he called to let me know. On the job, first Evan (Great Guy) arrived suited in a clean black work outfit with the company logo, clean white Van ?Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners?; He politely introduced himself and asked if he could measure out the carpet before he got started. The price happened to be less then the office had quoted me. Which never happens by the way?. Evan my technical was very cute, he tried to incorporate us into the cleaning process by explaining the Non-toxic detergent and how everything works. They really did work hard because at the end he was soaking in sweat! Carpet cleaning seems like a thought job. In the end the carpet looked great and they said they only recommend cleaning once per year since its was done very thoroughly. We are absolutely thrilled, thrilled enough to write this great review. We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the BH Carpet Cleaners we really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. Onetime, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer.
