I had a problem with my Honda Civic Hybrid driving rough - jerking and shuddering when it hit certain speeds. I took it to Carey Paul twice and spent several thousand dollars without the problem being resolved. After my first visit, they told me what I was experiencing was normal for a hybrid. I took it back for a third time; they diagnosed a transmission problem, which I had suspected. However, they would not take any responsibility for not fixing the problem earlier, and would not subtract the cost of the (as far as I could tell) unneeded repairs.
