I was contacted by this career placement organization for a possible employment opportunity. After an initial phone interview in which Mr. Buchholz disqualified me for the initial position, he nonetheless invited me to an in-person meeting to discuss another potential position.
After taking time out of my busy schedule to meet with him for over an hour, Mr. Buchholz assured me based upon our in-person meeting, I would be guaranteed an interview with this other opportunity he offered. This is after I directly inquired what the next step was in the process. He assured me the next step was an in fact an in-person interview.
Not only did this not happen, I did not even receive any type of follow-up phone call or email stating I was no longer qualified. Job searching is a professional endeavor, I did not take it personally. Nonetheless, Mr. Buchholz did not exhibit the professionalism or tact to provide any follow-up to his word.
I do not recommend this agency to anyone.
