If you are looking for a basic resume you should ask them. I sent a friend in who needed a kind of cheap but good one-pager and they did it for a little over 200. I paid for their full writing package and then added other research, interview skills and help with leads. Totally I paid 1000 about and then doubled to more. But here is what I got - over 1000 pages of research, 100 pages of interview guide, assistance on leads, unlimited access to them (and I bugged them a lot!), and they sent out most of my leads. For comparison I got nothing from the resume I paid for a year ago online. It was okay, about 300 bucks. But the kicker is that I received more than several quality interviews as a buyer and in medical sales - yes, I went for both and they did two versions of the resume and covering materials. Totally I increased my income with bonuses that I think I will get this year by more than $15K. It was worth it. John told me they are geared to do recruiting too and they are getting away from basic, low level resumes which is too bad. But if you want something cheap or to match an internet rate you could ask them. But they are geared to do more which is what I wanted and got. With my package they offerred to do a free update for my current employer so I have kept in touch. John has given me some recommendations on potentially moving to part-time if I get serious about kids in the next few years. So I know they work with military people getting out and do federal resumes too. I can't comment on that. It's helpful to read their articles. Go to them if you are serious about your career and will follow their advice.
Pros: Very comprehensive job search services and very open to changes and my personal situation
Cons: It took me two meetings to figure out what I needed and all that they do - they need a spreadsheet!
