Been a member for almost 3 years and still see most of the same staff and customers. Different then my previous gym that seemed to have a revolving door. Roommate's car was stolen from thier facility, nobody from thier company called to apologize. Tried to cancel my membership wrote a detalied letter as to why I was canceling my membership,faxed it. Still wouldn't cancel my membership. Front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. Go to gold's gym they have 3x as many machines and a theater, sauna, and its cheaper!! Called to cancel service since I moved 100 miles away and just had major surgery. Instead of Jason telling me the cancellation policy he was rude and angry as though I had done something to him pesonally. I asked what documentation he needed and his response was I could have my doctor send whatever they wanted but I would still have to pay for the service since I signed a contract. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I had a couple of issues with my contract and when I tried to speak with management they were so rude! I've had several gym memberships and this is the first gym that I have gone to that the management was so nasty and cocky. The above review that says the AC doesnt work is incorrect, it works fine in this club. The people running the show have never been rude to me and always greet with a smile. One good thing is that the air conditioning doesnt have to work as hard to cool it down in there because there is always less people working out than you would expect. I have NEVER had to wait for a machine or treadmill and the clientele of this club seems to be very good. Cleanest health club ive been to and I have been a member of every club in the area. There is no lack of equipment either, its much larger inside than it appears from the outside. Pros: Clean, fully equipped, never crowded Cons: Costs a little more than ballys but well worth the extra $$ more

Joined Cardio Club Fitness Center Last December and so pleased I did! It's not like a gym more like a mini Athletic Club. Lot's of equipment ; Perfect classes; and yes like everyone else says it is super clean. Pros: Clean, Lot's of equipment, Great Classes, Best Value . more

I have been a member since 2001 and think it is great. They just renovated a club that was already way better then the others in our area. Clean , Not Crowded , I like it! No ""muscle heads"" ! Pros: Clean, Quick , Great Value , Not Crowded. Cons: Not enough Heavy Wieghts for big lifters. more

I read the last review and still went to see Cardio Club. I was really impressed with the gym and joined that day. I have been a member for a month now and think this is the best gym I have been to. more

You Do not want to join! Air conditioning does not work and management is rude . Fitness classes are held in sweltering temperatures even in Winter Months. Staff is not kind to mature clientelle.
