I had great service while buying my new VW. The salesman was friendly and knowledgable and lead me thur the process. Would tell all my friends to buy here.

The service I received from my salesman, Eric, was great. The staff members I interacted with while there were friendly and professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I never once felt the pressure to buy anything. So, overall it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. :) more

Steve Serchia is extremely knowledgeable. I would have a hard time buying a car if it wasn't for his help. Very patient with me and my husband. we test drove many cars/ many times. Everytime Steve was friendly and cordious. Very impressed by his knowldge. The whole ""buying a car"" was quite pleasant. more

I was impressed with Cardinaleway's professionalism in dealing with its customers. Excellent customer service! Louvell made me feel comfortable right away. I did not feel I was pressured at all into buying and was satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I bought my bug on the same day!!! Awesome and timely service!! My Jetta has never run better. Service manager even contacted VW to get them to cover 75% of my repair even though I'm 8,000 out of warranty. The technicians even take time to follow up with you on any repairs after your visit. No complaints. more

I had the pleasant experience of dealing with Nirby Singh, the Internet Sales Director. The price Of the vehicle was agreed upon before I arrived at the dealer. The whole experience was quick and professional from the time of internet negotiations,financing and driving away in my new vehicle. Nirby is a top notch guy, not the slimely car salesman type I encountered at other dealers. If you are looking for a new vehicle with low pressure, this is the guy to see! more

I received great customer service at the dealership. The entire staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had in regards to buying out new car today. I walked into the dealership not really sure of what to expect, but I walked out with the car of my dreams, with a price that was below my budget. Cardinale Way Volkswagen has been my best auto service experience of any and all dealerships I've dealt with! My wife and I bought a new Golf for our teenage daughter and came for service here.
