Would NEVER use them again for rug repair or recommend them for cleaning or new rugs either.\r

I considered having them clean some area rugs but their price quote was VERY high - almost double other rug cleaners incl. Fargo Hanna.\r

Wayne at Caravan was reasonably priced on rug fringe repair so I had them repair two rugs. The problems included a horrible pick-up experience where Wayne's sole objective was to get the carpets on his truck as quickly as he could despite any damage he was otherwise doing to our home...think knocking over furniture. He also was in too much of a hurry to discuss the rug repairs in person when he could see them, he forgot to quote a pick-up or delivery charge on the phone but left a bill that included it once our rugs were on his truck. And worst of all was their ""fix"" of fringe on a carpet runner where the fringe was just minimally pulling away. Rather than removing the fringe from the rug (which was stitched on the end), they cut the rug and the fringe off. So now my carpet is shorter and has a different ending pattern on one end than the other. If I had any idea they would do this, I would have lived with the fringe pulling away slightly as it was, or worked to sew/secure it back well enough myself.\r

I lived with the damaged rug and horrible experience for awhile and then called Wayne at Caravan to leave a message about my surprise and disappointment. I never heard back.\r
