Best

My first stay @ Bellagio was very comfortable and dream-like. The staff was very nice and attentive. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it ...

Worst

My wife and I recently stayed at The Bellagio. I have stayed at multiple hotels on the strip, and as far as the room, and the bed, The Bellagio is about as comfortable as stayin...

Awesome buffet 3/24/2005

This is hands-down the best buffet in Vegas. A little expensive, but well worth it. Really good selection of food - seafood (crab legs!), pizza, lamb, fish - and the desserts - definitely save room for it. Gets pretty busy during peak hours - the wait can up long. But plan ahead and come here. more

Exceptional buffet 3/16/2005

This has got to be one of the best buffets in Vegas. There are so many choices - sushi, Alaskan king crab, kobe beef, lamb, veal, asian, pizza, etc. Save room for dessert and make sure you grab the dessert when you see it - sometimes, they rotate and what you see at the beginning of dinner is not what you see at the end. more

Absolutely divine 2/21/2005

I loved, loved, LOVED this buffet and I do not use such words lightly. Having sampled food at countless restaurants on 3 continents, trust me when I say that this buffet is great! I went there on a weekday just as they were switching from breakfast items to lunch items- going there on a weekday saves you money, as does going early to the buffet. The price includes all the non-alcoholic drinks you can drink (coffee, juice, etc) and, yes, let us not forget the food! I loved the fresh mozzarella appetizers, the sun dried tomatoes, the five types of pizza, the sandwitches, the cart-sized tabled filled with different kinds of breads, the pesto mashed potates, the countless types of sushi, the Italian foods, the Asian dishes, what more can I say? Maybe add the desert buffet to this ecuation- one of the biggest desert stands I have seen! more

Stay Somewhere Else!!! 12/26/2004

Terrible Service! You had to wait 30 minutes or more for a porter. We requested a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room. Took 3 hours to be moved. New room did not have all the amenities. We had to call the front desk several times to get all the items. They kept forgetting to bring things. It was 3 hours from the time called until someone brought items. We were given the room until 6:00pm on the day we were leaving and new guests were assigned to our room at 11:30am Front desk said everything was fixed, but we ended up being locked out. We were told it would take 20 minutes to get someone to let us in, even after I explained we needed to catch a flight and didnt have 20 minutes. It was very crowed and tons of children everywhere. Pros: Nice Room & Bathroom Cons: , Crowded more

Impressive Buffet 12/16/2004

The buffet offers great food, excellent service and an extensive selection. The only negative comment I have is the price: $60 for a champagne brunch for two people $40ish w/o the bubbly. I feel the benefits outweigh the cost, besides you're in VEGAS BABY, LIVE IT UP! Pros: great food, excellent service, extensive selection more

Worth Every Penny! 12/12/2004

We just returned from a stay at the Bellagio and it was the best Vegas hotel and casino experience we have ever had! The service is impeccable. The hotel is gorgeous. The restaurants and buffet offer up very tasty eats and of course the fountains! And Light the night club was packed with beautiful people as usual. The concierge was especially servicable to guests. It was romantic, elegant and worth every cent we spent in Vegas! With all that is available within the hotel, there is no need to ever leave it. If you want to do Las Vegas 1st class, the Bellagio is the way to go. Pros: Romantic, Classy, Elegant more

Fun 12/3/2004

When I arrived at the Bellagio they had overbooked and they had no more rooms in the category I had booked, so they moved me up one suite size. The room was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful. I also recommend seeing ""O"" while you are there. Pros: Large Rooms, Friendly Staff, Good Location more

Fountains at Bellagio 10/11/2004

Absolutely the best free show in Vegas! The best viewing is after sundown. Almost any angle is great, but make sure you are within hearing of any of the many speakersout front. It's a total sight and sound treat. more

Unrivaled Romance 8/22/2004

My wife and I have lived in Las Vegas for several years now and we're still captivated by the Bellagio hotel and casino. It's charm and elegance are unrivaled and the accommodations are among the most comfortable and finest we've seen. If we were visiting Las Vegas, this is where I would choose to stay. A truly romantic setting. Pros: Accommodations, Entertainment, Dining more

It wasn't that great 7/24/2004

We ate here around christmas and it was very good. But yesterday (mid july) it was horrible. the food just didn't seem like it was cooked all the way. the dim sum was rock hard. the dessert wasn't that good. the Spice Market Buffet at Aladdin is 10x better. It was perfect there and cheaper. Pros: Nice waiter Cons: , Gormet Dinner sucked, VERY LONG WAIT more

In addition to praise...An observation 7/16/2004

Obviously, until Steve Wynn builds his new Desert Inn..this is THE most wonderful, gracious, over-the-top hotel in Vegas. The service, amenities, view, food, bars, dealers...all made me not care how much I was spending...I WANTED to overtip everyone...I felt that good about the experience of the Bellagio...One interesting observation...I was aware that the Bellagio ""discouraged"" younger children (families) and I did see far less children here than in any other hotel in Vegas...HOWEVER...even the children/families that I saw in the Bellagio were absolutely lovely. Well behaved, well-mannered children..befitting of a 5-star hotel in Europe...obviously if you set a high standard of excellence as a hotel, you will attract (for the most part) excellence in your guests. Pros: Service, Amenities, Ambience more

Nothing Else Compares 7/12/2004

The Bellagio may not be the typical Las Vegas experience but it is the BEST vacation experience. The hotel is unmatched in its beauty, elegance, style, accomodations, dining choices, shopping, etc. You name it, they have it. I stayed at 4 other Las Vegas hotels which were all very nice (I am talking Paris and Venetian not Stardust and Circus Circus) and while they were each unique, nothing compared to the Bellagio. From the wonderful fountains to the exquisite pool to the beautiful gardens to the classy casino, Bellagio is 5 star all around. Damn, I sound like a promoter or something............. Pros: Amazing luxury, Great location, Best restaurants more

MARKER PLAY/COMPETITION 7/6/2004

There is no doubt that the Bellagio is at the highest level of luxury. The hotel and all facilities cannot be beat. It is noticible that there are strong controls in place on marker limit authorizations. One comment by one of the executive host was objectional to me. It was, ""I can't authorize a high marker play for you because you might cash in the marker and go buy a car."" This may have been an attempt at humor. I did not think it was funny. Gaming monopolies have stifled customers access to gratuties. Pros: Penthouse Suites, Location, limosines Cons: , gratuties, marker play more

Bellagio Buffet review 6/2/2004

Memorial Day weekend 5/31 - Gourmet Dinner Buffett at Bellagio. The buffet dinner at both Aladdin and Paris were very good. I cannot say the same thing about the Bellagio. We paid $37.95 each for memorial day's gourmet buffett. When we walked in, the cashier was talking to the other cashier while talking payments for our dinner and handed out our receipt without saying a word our even making eye contact. Food was pretty good but not great. Large selection of Seafood - no lobster, exotic meat (buffalo roast), chilean seabass. Here is one surprise every sushi bar that I have been to have been prepared by Japanese chefs, at the Bellagio the sushi chefs were Mexican folks, the Toro (Tuna) was not properly sliced. I thought may I am too picky about everything because I was comparing a $37.95 dinner at Bellagio vs $23.95 at the Aladdin. Pros: good food - not great, excellent dessert, good seafood selectn Cons: , non eng. speak staff, poor service more

interesting 5/3/2004

so simple and yet still more entertaining than the washed-up pirates up the street. stick around to watch them while ""big spender"" plays - it's well worth the wait. :o) Pros: free, pretty, not crowded more

Awesome View 4/29/2004

If you can get one of the tables by the window, this is worth the expense. The view of the Bellagio fountains at night is breathtaking. I told the staff it was my mom's 65th birthday and they gave us an oustanding table. The food is average and pricey. Service was chaotic and rushed. Pros: Outstanding View Cons: , Average Food, Pricey more

Vegas Lover 1/20/2004

Staying anywhere else on the Strip but the Bellagio is an underwhelming experience. The lakeview rooms have breathtaking views, the casino is less crowded which makes for a much more enjoyable gambling experience and the restaurants are simply mouthwatering. Circo is my favorite. We are by no means ""Rockefellers"" but staying at the Bellagio makes you feel like one! It's luxury defined. We stayed there on our honeymoon and were treated to strawberries and champagne on our first night! I can't wait to go back - - it's like heaven to me! Pros: Luxurious, Beautiful Views, Not Crowded Cons: Slightly Expensive more

lmguzman 1/14/2004

Each time we visit Las Vegas, we never miss a trip to this awesome buffet. Always fresh. This is by far the best buffet in Vegas. Pros: fresh food, friendly service Cons: slightly expensive more

Bellagio 9/30/2003

When you're in LV, it doesn't get any better than the Bellagio. The hotel rocks, the restaurants and shopping are first class, the pool is amazing, the buffet is second to none and the gambling is outrageous. And if you're into clubbing, Light's the place. Pros: ambiance, service, great food Cons: too many gawkers more

Bellagio Sept 03 9/25/2003

Understated luxury at its best. I was taken by the fact that each hotel employee asked a question ALWAYS had an answer and all apparently correct. I was never sent to find another person to assist. Unbelievable! Aqua a bit expensive and the food rather ordinary. Picasso simply incredible. Best meal I have ever had anywhere in the world hands down. The suites at Bellagio quite impressive without being over the top. Very comfortable. Pros: Luxurious Comfort, Great Ent Near By, Great Food at Picasso Cons: Expensive, Casino a bit greedy more
