Their price is about the same as the local competitors. I think they are just another honest business that is trying to look out for the best interests of their customers (although the same thing can be said about some of their competitors.)\r

I took my car in for a axle replacement. A competitor's price was around $200. CarX was about $190. I chose CarX because of the comfort that I had from taking my car there before. Before doing the work they checked my car's history and discovered that the part I wanted to replace was still under a warranty with them. I had totally forgotten that. On the negative side, a part they sold failed while still under warranty. (But it happens with every company. In fact I suspect all the local repair shops buy their parts from the same wholesalers.)
