I recently took my car to this location because the AC wasn't blowing cold. After paying $29 for a diagnostic, they told me that I needed a refrigerant recharge and the total cost would be $99. I told them to proceed. They called me an hour later and said that they had added the refrigerant but when they turned it on they found that the compressor was locked up and it would cost nearly $900 to replace it. I picked my car up and they charged me the $99 for adding the refrigerant. When I took the car for a second opinion I was informed that it is impossible to add refrigerant to an AC unit if the compressor is locked up. I have triple checked this and it is correct. They charged me $99 for doing something they could not have physically done.
