This store goes above and beyond in customer service - I highly recommend them for your next auto accessory purchase (stereo, amplifier, etc.). I purchased new equipment and discovered two issues after I left the store. I called and they rescheduled me for the next business day and fixed the issues, plus fixed a couple of other things not related to the purchase of my equipment. They were fast, courteous, excellent about explaining any issues. I will definitely use them again and point my friends/family to their store! Can't say the same for their competitors on Division Street - either one of them! more

I'm commenting on the experience I had at the Spokane Valley and Bellevue locations. Don't be fooled by their "Sale Price". They offer free installation on any stereo listed at +$100. They advertise a savings of $40 on a set, but then will charge you $40 for an install which is normally free. Don't be confused by their spin they call a sell. When the vehicle was picked up after the install is completed they charged us an additional $40. We inquired if there was something unusual about the install and were told no, that the install was misquoted. When I inquired a couple of days later, it was explained that there was extra work needed because whoever had installed the previous stereo had made it more difficult to install this new unit. Problem with that is... The stereo that was replaced was origional equipment. Since I was not there on-site to prove the dishonesty I suspect has taken place. I will only say that I will never buy anything from Car Toys again. I would suggest that anyone else who does, do your homework. Don't be sucked in by their fake "Sales", and personnally monitor the installation of your equipment. more

We purchased quite a few things from this store, including a car alarm system and a stereo system for my husband's truck. We have been very pleased with the service from both the customer service staff and the installation staff. Their sale prices and selection of products are hard to beat! more
