Ricky !!! 1/27/2014

Ricky in the service department went above and beyond to fix my car. My car was experiencing a heavy downshift and jolting every time I went to stop. Ricky provided excellent customer service and my car got fixed right away!! He deserves a raise and award for Exceptional Customer Service. I trust him with my car and would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone I know. more
