Fast, friendly, and convenient 6/2/2012

We were so pleased with our experience with CarTLC. As a stay at home mom, I always hate taking the car to the oil change place. I feel like they take advantage of me by adding extras. However, Kevin is trustworthy, does not push you to add extras and the best is - - he come to us at a convenient time! Love it! more

Car TLC is the way to go. I went to work and had my oil changed at the same time. Didn't have to waste time or gas going to a shop. They are professional and don't try to sell you other services. more

Great Service, Decent Price 3/9/2012

Our tech was very professional and kind. Repair was done in the pouring rain, even though we offered to reschedule. The extra air filter was a bit pricey at over $20 (they go for less than $10 at Auto Zone), but the tech also topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure (and worked with us to reschedule service due to car problems) so I really can't complain. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for convenience from a clean, friendly, professional tech! more

Simply the convenience of having someone come to me to change my oil was worth it. To top it off, Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt he went above and beyond to help. I will definitely recommend them and use their services again. more

Friendly and convenient 2/24/2012

It was nice to have Car TLC come to me. It's worth it just to have the luxury of being able to cook dinner while you get your oil changed instead of wait in your car or a dingy waiting room. Kevin was very friendly and flexible, and I will use Car TLC again! more
