Car TLC has been servicing 2 of my vehicles over the past year. Not only does it take the headache away of having to wait at the shop, but they do a terrific job and have very competitive prices. They take great care of your car...I would recommend to anyone! more

I learned of Car TLC through a Groupon and intend to be a long-term customer. Car TLC not only helps busy people take care of their cars, they are less expensive than those other companies/franchises that are all around (Valvoline etc.). more

Kevin came downtown to where I park and took care of my car. He detailed my car and changed my oil. The car looks great and I didn't have to take time out of my day to drive somewhere and wait for it to be done. more

I love having CarTLC take care of my vehicles. Each time they have serviced my vehicles they have come to my home. They are fast, convenient, and always make recommendations for additional services instead of trying to "upsell" other services. more

Time is Valuable 9/20/2012

I like the fact that I do not have to leave work to have my oil changed. All the standard checks are done. The cost is reasonable. My time is very valuable and this service helps me to use my time as I need to. The service man is very professional and honest. I like that I can put my trust in him and this company. more

How Awesome is Kevin?!! 9/20/2012

I love using Car TLC for many reasons! I LOVE that I don't have to change my schedule in order to have my car serviced. I NEVER feel that I'm getting sold anything I don't need. Kevin even tells me what needs to get done sooner rather than later, and what can wait for now. It's like having a mechanic big brother! So awesome, I'll never go anywhere else, or have them come to me rather! more

Great and Honest 9/8/2012

Most places try to sell me a new air filter every time I get an oil change, even when it's days old. He just advise that I would need a new one in a few months or so. I never had that happen when dealing with my car. He even said it was probably something that my boyfriend could do instead of him. I really appreciate that type of honesty and service. more

Wow! He showed up on time, was courtious, professional, thorough & replaced the oil pan plug for me! Apparently the last place stripped the plug & had just shoved it back into the hole. I WILL call them again. So convenient! Thanks! more

It never occured to me that a mobile oil change service could compete with the big oil companies. The prices are great, the service was excellant and Kevin worked around my schedule. How convenient it is to be home. He didn't upsell uneeded services either. I'm a believer. more
