Car Stereo One

Went to get tint on my car and ended up getting car starter too. Planning on going back to get speakers when I get more money. more

Once in awhile you come across people who own businesses, that are so genuinely nice that you look forward to doing business with that owner. Whether it be the neighborhood vet, or your hairdresser., someone that we look upon fondly and want them to succeed, more than anything. I have absolutely found that in Marie's Jewelry. more

If you are walking in the store, PLEASE stop and run out as fast as you can. I am one unhappy customer. They installed a Stereo and amp that worked in the store, maybe. First week it had many issues. I took it back and they said I needed another amp, more $$$. Plus they said I needed a new battery which was BS because I had it checked at Battery Wholesale. After I had already bought a new one. Then the speakers sound bad and they said I needed to buy new speakers more BS. When installing everything they acted like it was there first time doing this kind of installion. They said ALL the problems was my fault. $1300+ dollars later. AND it still doesn't work right. RUN out the door!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THERE!! more

DO NOT BUY FROM CAR STEREO ONE IN TOLEDO OHIO. They do not have any kind of return policy and I got a gift card from them and I am stuck with it. They have no customer service satisfaction skills what so ever...bad management/owner in an economy like this, you need to take care of your customers. NO wonder they didn't have any business at their other store and closed down, people on the south side were smart to team up and not buy from them. I'm contacting the BBB and the NEWS to do a story on them, see it they will at least. I don't even want to leave one star, but looks like I have too... more

I do not recommend going to Car Stereo One for equipment or for service. The technicians do not know what they are doing and they are not out to please the customer. While I was in there getting the initial installation done on my car a guy was in complaining about having sound issues since Car Stereo one installed a new radio. He argued with the employees for a few minutes and then left. Before he left he suggested to others in the store to leave and not buy anything - I should have listened. I have had to take my car back a few times to get service done since they mess up a different part each time. Everytime I am in the store I hear another unhappy customer complaining of similar issues. Bottom line is that if they install anything in your car, you will have sound issues! \r \r In the end, they will tell you that they have done everything possible and that it is now up to you to fix. Good luck with that, unless of course you are one of the fortunate few who can install your own equipment (in which case you wouldn't go to Car Stero One in the first place). Take my advice and do not even walk through the door of any Car Stereo One store. Pros: None. Cons: Technicians are not skilled. If they fix one thing they mess up another - thats the only guarantee with the store. more
