Car Spa 1

I have went to the Car Spa twice and have had bad experiences both times. The first time I went there, I got my oil changed and a car wash. I got back into my truck and discovered that most of my change was taken and only 1 of the 4 bolts in my air cleaner were put back into place. I figured that this was a one time mistake with the air cleaner and that it was my own fault for leaving change in the car whenever someone was taking it to preform a service. The second time, I paid to have the same service done. After a long wait, I returned to my truck and drove home. I tried to open up my tailgate and discovered that my truck was either backed into something or someone hit it while at the Car Spa. I called the customer service number as soon as I found the damage. Now even though they were very prompt in returning my call, I was later told, that for some unknown reason the cameras were not working the day that my truck was being serviced. Then they told me that this damage must have came from somewhere else and they were not going to do anything about it. Please do not go to the Car Spa to have them do any kind of service to your vehicle. And if anyone has had any kind of experience like mine, please comment. Thank you for reading more

DONT USE THEM.. THEY TOOK 4 HRS TO DO MY TRUCK AND THREW WATER ON seats and said they were done with our truck.. when i could of used my 200 rug washer to do it myself. I didnt cause of me being due to have our son in 4 weeks.. dont ever use them@ Pros: THEY Stink! Cons: HALF butt PEOPLE! more

Car spa on Atlantic. What can I say. Their service is average. Yes, they do a MUCH better job washing your car then the $3 car washes that are popping up all over this city. Yes, the exterior job they do is great. However, the interior job is one to be desired. They should begin to do better. I sat for almost 2 hours getting the floor and seats of my car shampooed for what should have been a 45 minute job. When It was my turn to go home, the floor and seats were soooooooo damp until it felt like they poored water in it and let it stay there. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable ride home. Pros: Great Exterior. 3 steps up from a $3 car wash Cons: Needs to improve on interior. Take your car somewhere else more

I really tried to give Car Spa a chance, but after going there twice, I'll NEVER go back. The first time I went in to have my car washed and they told me it would be 20-25 minutes. Over an hour later they hadn't even started working on it. After an hour and 15 minutes, I complained to the manager and they said mine was next. When they finally cleaned my car, they did such a poor job I had to have them go back and wipe off the windows and clean the dash again. Not exactly the deluxe package I paid for. Pros: The manager was nice, but COMPLETELY ineffective and refused to take responsibility for their errors Cons: Very slow, and when they break something on your car, they refuse to take respsonsibility for it. more

Took my 2003 BMW in to get it washed. I'll admit, I don't wash my car that often, whether it be at a car wash or at home. I was shocked that the young lady (I think her name was Lindsie) spoke knowledgebly about the services they offered. I guess I always thought that car washes employed less than desireable people - but she was cute, pleasant and made eye contact. I must tell you I paid over 60 dollars for my car to be washed, waxed, and the interior cleaning package. It took just about an hour - and my car looked the way it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought it. This place has a customer for life!! I've also noticed that they price their gas lower than evry Exxon station (and most others) in Jacksonville. They offer oil changes starting at 19.99 as well - but my dealer does those for free. I just wanted to share with people that I was impressed by this facility! Pros: service, price and atmosphere were great Cons: No newspapers for sale (though they do have magazines to read) more
