In my eighty two years existence I have dealt with many different service groups. I am a great kidder and at the Renton Hyudai Service Counter we have a ball kidding each other about anything. They when needed, are totally serious. They acccept criticism in a pleasant way and make every effort to honestly let the customer see the dealer's side of the situation. They are good ambassadors for Hyundai. A pleasure to deal with them. I drive public bus, and have done so for over sixty years. At my base, I can't recall seeing any Hyundais parked there and we have almost four hundred drivers. There was a lot of interest when my first Entourage (why on earth did Hyundai stop making such an all around quality vehicle?) appeared on our parking lot, my peers showed a great deal of interest. Over the past four years they have remarked as to how it apprears that i am getting great performance out of them. I have two Entourage vans. Not saying it was my doing, but there are many Hyudai's within our parking lot now days. Also, there are many Kiia's. Since the inception of mini vans, I graduated from station wagons to them. I don't like S.U.V.'s for many reasons. I will keep my Hyundai's going as long as I can, but if I have to get another vehicle, I will have to look elsewhere. Don't suggest a Kia Sedona as when I am parked side by side with one, it is a no contest as the differences jump out at you. I do miss the automatic door locks I had on my previous mini vans. So does my wife. I understand they are available as an add-on, but pricey. They must not be too costly at manufacturer or so many brands wouldn't include them. Being older people, we worry about car jackers and try and lock the doors before each trip, but sometimes forget. When we get into questionable areas, one of us will remember and lock the doors, but it gives one a fearful thought of just what could happen. This is not a chicken little attitude, but my / our review which you wanted, and hopefully, accept as meant. We love our tow Entourage's.
