I used this place since it opened - never again. Since new mgmt took over, service has nosedived. They quit same day service, and then stopped dry cleaning shirts (they said they can't press that many????).... more

I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved and Jennifer, the new owner, really went the extra mile to ""make it right"". When an heirloom dress had a mishap during the dry cleaning process, she called our home to talk with me about it, rather than have me be caught off guard when I picked it up. On the phone she offered to take the dress to someone she knew who could look at it, which she did. She paid to have the dress fixed that very same day. When I picked it up it looked great and I never would have known of the problem if she hadn't been so forthright. If you've had problems with this cleaner in the past (under previous ownership) give them another try. You'll be pleased to see the difference. more

Seriously!!!! I took my Halloween outfit to the cleaners and after it was damage by adult drinks =)!!! I had big blue stains in a white outfit!!! I really thought none would be able to remove it. When I showed it to the cleaners staff they said that would do their best!! When I picked up, my eyes couldn't believe!! the stains where GONE!!!... and no only that .....it was so affordable !! the service is best!! I take all my clothes over there!! everyone should try it! more

On average I spend 20/week with them for over 2 years. They torn a sweater and ripped a shirt on the sleeve and have returned shirts with some type of spot all over them. I understand you sacrifice somethings when paying less but they always claimed we didn't do this. The sleeve was not attached to the shirt. Would have been notice when I turned the shirt in or during the pressing cycle. Would and will never return and have told family and friends the same thing. Pros: Cheap Cons: Never know what you are going to get back. more

i had used the 1.99 cleaners in the polaris area for years, and recently moved closer to downtown westerville. i was so elated to see that there was one near my new house. last december i had a crisis as i was going to minnisota and needed to have my coats dry cleaned immediately at the last minute before my flight later that evening. even though i dropped off my clothes at the last minute, capri cleaners was able to get all 3 coats finished on time before my flight! i was amazed and it was all under 10 bucks! they have definately earned all of my business for life! Pros: rediculously low prices, great service Cons: i don't know what the other two reviews are even thinking more

THIS ESTABLISHMENT LEFT A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH... TODAY @ 7AM I TOOK 2 CLERGY ROBES TO HAVE PRESSED... SEVERAL TIMES I STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PLEATS BEING CREASED THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD PICK MY ROBES UP AFTER 4PM GOT THERE LOOKED AT THE ROBES AND LOW AND BEHOLD THE CREASES IN THE PLEATS WERE NOT DONE.. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE ROBES DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY'VE BEEN PRESSED AT ALL... I ASKED THE GIRL WHO HANDED ME MY ROBES TO READ TO ME WHAT MY TICKET SAYS AND SHE REPEATED THAT I NEEDED THE PLEATS CREASED.. I TURNED THE ROBES TO THE BACK AND ASKED HER IF SHE THOUGHT IT HAD BEEN DONE.. SHE AGREED THAT IT HADN'T THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WHO WAS IN THE STORE WITH HER CALLED HIS BOSS AND BASICALLY CAME BACK AND SAID YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.. He said that they do not make mistakes and the facts were in front of him. He stated that he didn't care if I told people not to go to his store. After spending time on the phone and going to the store again, he finally admitted that they had lost the shirt. Once they found it, I was offered no apology or even my money back. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not make the same mistake. Cons: Customer Service and quality of work. more
