Beware of this company unsecured website. It will let you without money and merchandise.\r
I purchased a furnace part (Trane retro-kit09660) on February 2nd, 2001 from CAPP/USA for the full amount of $193.99. I paid online through their website with Paypal.\r
I called the company on Feb. 12th and 13th to see why they did not sent the part I ordered. After making several calls and talking with several people, they finally told me that they did not received the order from Paypal. I sent them an e-mail on Feb. 14th with a copy of the transaction and invoice and they told me I was going to receive the part in another extra 10 business days.\r
After waiting for another 12 days, I received an e-mail from Eric at CAPP/USA on Feb. 24th. saying that their website was hacked and they were not going to sent me the merchandise. \r
CAPP/USA does not want to be responsable for having a website that is unsecured where hackers get in so easy. So here I’m a month later on the February cold without heater on the house and not money on my account thanks to CAPP/USA unsecured website.\r
