Very careless attitude, they forgot to mentioned how much the procedure cost, until I called to find out, they made me drive 30 minutes over the bridge to let me know, that I needed to be out of contact lenses use for at least 7 days prior the appointment, and I was in the phone with them the day before, about 45 minutes long conversation and they did not mentioned until I arrived at the office the next day, but the do not forgot to charge 24 hour cancellation fee.\r
They made my point to look for a better doctor.
Pros: Dr. Caplan gentle.
Cons: Very careless attitude.
