Great Experience! Dr. Caplan is a great doctor along with Dr. Tran. I went in one day for eye check up with Dr. Caplan, then the next day with Dr. Tran to get contacts filled. All in all a great experience. I recommend to anyone around the metro area if you want great service from staff and great doctors! more

Thank you, Dr Caplan! I brought my elderly mother to see Dr Caplan. Her eye was very infected, red, painful. They saw her right away. The staff and Dr Caplan were so nice to my Mom. Her eye was much better right away. We are so grateful. more

I have been a patient of Caplan Eye Clinic for many years. Not only me but my whole family! I would recommend Dr. Caplan or any of the doctors at his office to everyone that I know. Dr. Caplan is willing to sit down with you and explain your medical problems with you and explain what options that you have. He is NOT one of these doctors that you go to and you feel like you are just another number. He make you feel like you are part of his practice. He is always willing to ask how your family is doing. He does everything that he can to make you feel comfortable. My daughter is 5 years old and I brought her in for her first eye exam. Dr. Caplans staff and Dr. Caplan his self were so wonderful with her. They took the time to sit there and explain step by step what they were going to do to her. It was a wonderful first experience for her. No stress at all for her! That was the MOST important thing to me! So, thank you Dr. Capan and staff for making my daughters first eye exam a pleasant experience. We WILL see you in 1 year if nothing happens before then! more

After going to 2 other eye doctors to learn about Lasik, I am so glad my neighbor recommended Dr. Caplan for my Lasik. The staff were very sweet. Dr Caplan was very nice & explained everything. Now I can see 20/20 and love not wearing glasses. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself. These people are very professional. more

7 Visits then I had my LASIK....after I my eyes were so dry and starbursts and halos everywhere...he then says after the surgery this might last up to a year.....well folks its been 3 years and I have to 9 Doctors all around the United States....all of them said you were NEVER a candidate for LASIK...you have hyperopia and other reasons why you should have never had this procedure done....my eyes are worse then before vision wise....and I have to live the rest of my life with awful halos and fogginess and the starvurts are unreal....I have migraines from these and I still had to pay for the surgery over $3,000 this guy is a CROOK and should not be practicing....others have had these problems as well...DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.....I should have known when his hands were shaking uncontrollably. I would;t wish this on ANYONE!!!! more

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and with how quickly I was seen. I arrived a little early as I was coming from across the lake and you never know about traffic. I was taken back quickly and went from one procedure to the next. Dr. Caplan and his staff answered all of my questions and were very nice when arranging my Lasik surgery. After talking with Dr. Caplan and his staff today I feel that I have made a good decision about having him perform my surgery. more

NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY. It took me 3 visits just to get a new contacts prescription.... and they charge EVERY VISIT. do not go here. Cons: bitchy office staff and super condescending doctors more

Dr. Caplan gets the job done, but I was less than impressed. There are too many options in this town to put up with bad service. Pros: High tech gadgets and really nice optho assistants. Cons: Paternalistic doctor interactions more
