My service consultant, Jason, was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. It was my first visit to your dealership and I'm sure it won't be my last. My shuttle driver was really nice. We had some good conversation on the way to drop me off. He also promptly called me after the recall work was performed. Thanks! more

I took my 2012 Trundra in for service, david the service writer made sure that everything was taken care and when I returned to pickup up my Trundra he walked me through everything they did. it was a very nice expreience. more

What I always hope for... 4/9/2014

Your service is most usually spot on. They are friendly and fast and get the job done. The little things like the car wash are really nice extras. Keep up the good work. Can your computers be programmed to send me a message when the regular maintenance is due? As much as I try, I don't always remember to look at the book. more

A little confusion 4/8/2014

The initial arrival at the service bay was a little confusing. Some helpful signs giving direction, like "wait here until technician arrives" and "through this door, please" would be helpful. Everything was great otherwise. Love that you offer fresh fruit as a snack. more
