I would say servicing vehicle and part was ok, i am not sure how effective it was. But the interiors were not cleaned at all, creating a doubt in my mind if due diligence was done...

Hyundai Santa Fe Service and Review of Safety 10/3/2013

Everything was wonderful from start to finish, I always recommend a Hyundai to people who ask about my vehicle. I believe that Hyundai has made a great vehicle and thoroughly enjoy my vehicle. It has also saved my wife's life; a few months after purchase she was rear ended by a Volkswagen Passat doing 25 MPH while she was at a dead stop, there was minor damage to the Santa Fe but the Passat was totaled. If my wife had been driving her Toyota Corrolla it would have been totaled and she would have been seriously injured. I really am impressed with the safety of this vehicle and have recommended it to many others. My cousin just recently purchased a Genesis after having been a Mercedes and Cadillac devotee for many years. He is just as happy with his Hyundai as I am. Thanks for making such great vehicles, I will continue to tout the virtues of Hyundai. more

Complete unprofessional service 9/30/2013

1. Cleary specified DO NOT overfill engine oil level (provided my oil in original packaging with clear volume scale marks). Despite my request, dealerships overfill oil level and when I pointed for the problem manager (Mike) claimed it’s OK (!!!) 2. After car was, the front license plate came damaged – no solution for repair was proposed. Strongly DO NOT recommend this facility for any repair/maintenance processes. more

If you can wait for more than 3 hours for changing oil service, you can go to Capitol Hyundai service. At the time, one guy complained he waited for 2 hours for oil changing, I wasted 3 hours. more

I really love the way I was treated and acknowledged here at Capitol Hyundai. I've been to two other locations and I had so much hassle and unnecessary inconveniences that I was so close to just returning the car. I love the paperwork packet they gave me when I picked up my car (it was detailed, thorough, and informative about my car). I will definitely come back for any services. Rick was excellent. more

finance person is a theif 8/14/2013

Your finance personnel did not make himself clear prior to me signing the papers for my car. And I got ripped off. Upon contacting him he stated this was not the first time this has happened and he was very sorry for the misunderstanding. After paying almost 38, 000 for a hybrid, that dosen't even get the gas mileage it claims. I am a very dissatisfied customer, who will encourages people to stay away from the dealership when buying a car. more
