Over the past several years I have observed that the staff takes care of all types of cyclists, from novices to pros, with equal interest and attention to their needs. I am a bike commuter riding from Capitol Hill to Silver Spring and back daily and I need to have my bike running well...whenever I've had a breakdown or needed an adjustment, I have been able to have my bike serviced immediately. This attention and great service factored into me recently buying a new bike from them. It's great to have them as a neighbor. more

Great selection of equipment, outstanding service department and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also do a lot to support cycling in the local community. Truly a great shop! The staff - they are serious cyclists of all stripes who sell products they believe in (and ride themselves). CHB also goes out of their way to give something back, to their neighbors in Capital Hill and to the greater cycling community. Especially good for road-oriented cyclists more
