I have been pretty happy with them when I have dealt with them. If something at my place needs to be handled they get it taken care of and treat it like it is an important repair.

HORRIBLE management company. They do not care about their tennets at all. As soon as you sign the lease, they stop caring about what your needs are. They don't take care of their properties, they don't care about the safety of the tennets, and they just want to collect your rent check. Be careful when you move out, they will try to screw you on your security deposit and charge you extra for things are completely inaccurate. more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUTHLESS MORONS!! I rent a studio from them back in sept . With in 2 mths my place got broken into I have a dog shes pit lab mix she wasnt home so that tells me that a neighbor has been watching me I called tom to let him know and the only thing that asswhole said was is anything broken! I told him I would be into talk about my lease. The very next day I was coming in from dinner with my dad and the neighbor was waiving a mechette at us mumbling something ! Non the less the police were called and he was 5150. Never once did someone t=from that company call and check to see how I was doing nothing. I moved out 2 wks later and gave him a 2 wk notice I went back on moving day and he acts as if he had not a clue ! Started yelling at me in front of his employees in the lobby saying I signed a lease and I can't break it ! I laughed and walked out ! after 21 days of not getting my deposit back or a letter I served him paper and now I am taking this ass whole to small claims court ! Karma what gos around comes around I feel sorry for him cuz he is very unhappy and it really shows! more

The building that I live in has some pretty diligent managers running the property. It is well kept. I have called just one time for a leaking faucet. They requested to enter the unit while I was at work. When I got home everything was done and there was no more leak. I like it here and have to thank capitol for making it a great place! more

Capital Realty Advisors Doesn't Care About You. AWFUL!. 7/18/2011

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! They charge way to much for what is basically Section 8 housing, and hide this fact with cheaply made ""new"" home materials. One Friday night, the front door of our building was broken into. When I called CRA (spoke with Tom, worst landlord EVER) to ask for them to come out and fix it, as it's OBVIOUSLY a safety and property issue, they refused to come before Monday. When I told them my concerns, they even said that the doors on the garage were commonly left open so anyone looking to burglarize could just get in that way. So when a few months later y car was broken into when parked in the garage under our apartment, I didn't even have to call them to know all I would get is a ""tough luck"". They are slow to respond to maintenance requests. They require you drop off rent in-person but have inconvenient office hours. Our assigned property manager came into our garage one night and yelled at my roommate for parking in the parking spot we pay extra for every month. Even tho they told us that someone would maintain the property once a week, this has only been done once in the 7 months I've lived at their property. I could keep going but I'm getting over worked thinking about it. Reviews of this Company on Yelp detail all similar experiences. Everything TrulyShae says is 100% accurate. This man will be the ultimate downfall of this company. more

They lost a head count. However, from what we hear, Tom is not going anywhere so I think the company is doomed. I hear though that our build used to be a nicer place years ago before he moved up in the company.... shame. Now the building has just been left to rot, phone calls aren't returned. When Tom's voice mail is full and we inform the from desk of this and leave our message with someone else at the office we get a quick call back from Tom.... and a very rude ""my voice mail wasn't full, I check it every night."" Right...... that's why you didn't know my apartment was broken into the night before right? Because you listen to your voice mail.... uh huh. Well Tom, my apartment hasn't been broken into since I won our fight on the phone and bullied you into fixing our ""security gate"" (which you claim isn't a security gate as ""the only building that's secure is a prison"") quite a charmer you are..... Oh wait, that wasn't you, that was the other woman in the office who managed our property before you. How was it that she was able to fix it in a day and keep it fixed this long and in your hands it stayed broken for over six months? I try to be a hands-off tenant, I'm not needy, I pay my rent on time and I take excellent care of my unit. However, I have never had to deal with a someone as difficult as this man before. What's amazing is that all the people who live in this complex have bonded together. We are all on a countdown to leave. Our building is over 1/4 empty now and I know three more units that will be giving notice in the next two months. Be warned, Tom will only appear nice until you sign and MAKE SURE to have copies of ALL your deposits and walkthrough paperwork. more

This is the worst property management company in Long Beach!!!! They're people are not professional and nobody at the main office returns your calls! Please fix the back-up toilet in my apartment! They're buildings have mold because I have checked on other places they manage and the people there say the same thing! Pros: Moving out! Cons: They only want your money, nothing else! more
