I feel the quality of a builder comes out after you move in and deal with them on warranty issues. Unfortunately, Capital Pacific is coming up very short in this regard. We have serious grading issues at our new house, ie: we have standing water that has damaged our grass, and we are on our way to losing a newly planted Ash tree. As well, our sump pump goes on every 10mins. The water near the sump pump is cycling and not being moved away from the foundation. We have been waiting 8 weeks for Capital Pacific to take action. Currently they are trying to show that our landscape company changed the grade while planting grass and a tree. Unlikely. It's been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend Capital Pacific to other buyers.
Pros: Offer nice models
Cons: Slow warranty follow up
