Capital Ford Mazda Hyundai Carson City\r \r Date of Ripoff Thursday, 05/26/11\r Capital Ford, Carson City Nevada\r Routine recall for 2004 Ford 150 airbag\r \r Dealer damaged steering wheel and column refuses to repair it.\r \r Claims to have replaced the recall parts. Owner has no way to verify this\r \r Did not do a diagnostic on the airbag system, yet claims that the airbag system is failed.\r \r Vehicle now has presistent vibration in the steering column at slow speeds.\r \r Dealer denies that they cause the vibration.\r \r Ford National says what the dealer says goes. I now have to pay for diagnostic on the recalled airbag parts and the damage to steering.\r \r Service manager lied to Ford National and claims they did a diagnostic on the airbag system. Dealer presented no paperwork to owner showing any diagnostic whatsoever.\r \r Tim more

My wife and I choose this dealer to buy from because of the experiences that our friends had. Bravo! Very easy group to do business with and fast by the way... We got there in the morning and left with plenty of time to run some other errands and get back to watch game... Thank you the a treating us right.\r \r P.S.: We have some credit problems and they were professional and kind to us... Not something you find from car people once they find out you don't have perfect credit. more
