I work here at capital credit and collections and am replying to the below complaints @ debbieamanda I have been here for years and have no idea who Mr. Aimes is nor is there a record of his employ here at MrLPZ The system we work on reports to the credit reporting companies once a month automatically if you have a zero balance that is reported. Now what equifax and the others do with it and how long they take to do it is beyond our control. feel free to call and ask for me I wioll see what I can do more

Just as I thought but Mr. Laimes wouldn't take the time for me to ask any questions........it was a mistake on my account! Worse company in the world! more

Very RUDE & Unprofessional 7/18/2011

The 3 different staff that I dealt with were all very RUDE! I had never been contacted by collection agency once untill I seen the collection on my credit report and i made intial contact with them. more

MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY 11/19/2008

Received a collection on my credit report, never once heard from this company! Found out by checking my credit, the collection wasnt even checked to see if it was accerate! Oregon obviously has lax laws governing the collection agrencies as the are all rougue up in that state! You can tell who pays the politicians there! more

Rude 10/10/2006

I had an inaccurate account on my credit report and an agent kept calling to harrass me. When I tried to talk to her about it, she just yelled at me and wouldn't even let me speak. Very rude and unprofessional people there!!! Pros: N/A Cons: Everything more

Is anyone ever at their desk??? 4/18/2006

Called to find out why they had not remove a claim on my credit report (never should have been there in the 1st place) from 2 years ago... they said it just fell through the cracks. Asked for it to be removed. Still sitting there... still a negative on my credit. When you call no one is ever at their desk. It's always a voicemail. STOP making excuses and do your jobs. And maybe try to be friendly to the people calling in. Cons: not available , nofollow through, "not their fault" more

Unprofessional, rude. 3/2/2006

When a manger makes a statement like ""I've been doing this for 30 years and believe me I stopped believing what I hear on the other end of the phone years ago"" they need to find another job.
