I have purchased 3 motorcycles over a span of 10 years from C.C.C. and have been pleased with each purchase. Positive Shopping Experience is a retailer's goal and the staff hit this mark all 3 times. I am also pleased with their service staff and believe their repair rates are lower than a HD dealership. The staff is very keen on making the transaction fit the customer. I personally know dozens of local customers and none of us has had a so called bad experience. more

A total bunch of crooks.... we went to buy a couple of bike one day. Had to sing all paperwork to be able to have a 15min text drive. The one bike ran out of gas and then broke down they said they would take care of it we went back 2 days later when they said it was repaired to finish the text drive. Well guess what it broke down again.... they said they would look at... we went home and decided that no we would not buy that bike but that we were still open to looking at another bike that had been listed for the same price. They said no you bought the other bike. We never even got to finish the text drive. But they cashed out check that we had to leave to even do the test drive and we are now left with needing to go pick up and hull a bike home that has never run. Do not go to these people for any reason. I will be taking them to court. more

Just picked up my bike from a tire change and as I went to pay they told me it was $388 wtf. I explained to them/her that our over the phone agreement was that the tire would be $215 with 1hr labor. So they huffed and puffed and changed my bill. I also noticed they charge a $6 shop fee wtf is that. It's bs like that loses them street cred. Keep you eyes open if you choose to go. I plan on giving them one more chance more

i shopped at the one on 2 notch road right on the corner of 2 notch and i77. these guys are liars. they all seem pretty cool at first and will tell you anything to get you on one of their bikes. i am not satisfied at all with my purchase. i have had my bike since jan 21 and its spent more time in the shop than in my own garage. battery issues/electrical issues/1000 mile service issues. i have been waiting on a call back for 3 days, finally i just went in and talked to the owner, maybe this will help and we can get this issue solved. not satisfied at all. take your money and your business elsewhere. more

First off good people to deal with. The problem is the bike they sold me. I thought I was upgrading to a newer, better bike, yea NO. Since the purchase i've found that i'm having several problems( gas guage doesnt works when it wants, bike shuts off when it wants, ect) and of coarse its a AS IS purchase, so its all on me to fix. I expect when I trade in a running motorcycle with no problems, I get one in return. Especially when I spend 15,000.00. I would not recommend buying for this company. I've had a number of friends who are in the market and planned on buying a Harley, but since my purchase have decided to keep our business here in Charleston. more

Don't let other reviews scare you. These guys are great! Nice, friendly people who are glad to help. We drove 5 hours to buy a bike from Marshall, and Brandon and the rest of the staff were just as kind and helpful as they could be. They followed up to make sure we received our title as promised. Nice shop in a great part of Columbia. Would gladly recommend them to friends. more

Do not spend your money here. I bought a trade in bike from this store and they are really friendly when you are signing the paperwork and start paying them, but once they have your money, they blow you off. Whenever you call they always say they're busy. It took them 3 months to get me my title and that was after i demanded my money back. And then i found out they still had a lien on the bike even though it was already payed off. I ended up going to the DMV myself and paying out of pocket to get the title. They just want your money and any small favor they do for you they make it seem like they just moved the world for you. more
