Capezio Dallas

I frequently shop at this store for all of my daughter's dance needs. The staff there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which is helpful when you have a strict dress code as she does. I never have to worry about the requirements, because they know exactly what she needs and are eager to help. My daughter also loves coming to Capezio to see what new fun products she can push me into buying for her. The store has a fun and vibrant environment that is always a pleasant shopping experience for us. more

I read the ""wonderful change"" review and just had to comment. i have been applying to this store since they opened and every time a position became available they gave it to someone else who in my opinion only has sales experience instead of dance experience more

I read the review here and agreed that I had a similar experience a year ago. But, I needed shoes for my daughter, so we went to Capezio. There is a new manager there, and although they seemed short staffed, they were very sweet and I found everything I was looking for! Pros: Clean, organized, friendly staff Cons: short staffed more

I was amazed by the selection of dancewear at this place! Granted, they sell mostly Capezio in shoes, but they have a wide variety of active wear. The store is really nice as well- kept clean, organized, and visually appealing. However, the sales people can been slightly annoying in their constant bagdering, especially if you are just in there looking around. They tend to follow you around, trying to sell you on every item you look at. I was once in there while a new trainee was learning the ropes and the manager openly barrated the poor girl in front of customers for not ""selling enough"" to this one woman as well as blaming her for a return another customer made earlier. I realize that it is their job to sell, but there is a way to sell without having an attitude. Other than that, it is a good store with a wide variety. I wish I could rate it higher! Just be wary if you are just in there looking around! more
