They caused more problems than we hired them for, and when asked to fix their mistakes, they insisted that we PAY for it! They also do not understand airflow per cu ft. No, Rusty, a smaller duct will NOT make the air flow faster. He then said that we are ""too damn picky! You need to go find someone else to do the f***ing work!"" and literally stormed out of our house. Not very professional. Now we are stuck with two rooms that have no airflow at all. Oh yes, and they are main living rooms. Thanks for nothing Capco. Over priced. Unprofessional. Not very knowledgeable. Expect to pay for their mistakes. My attic is still trashed and I have lost 3/4 of my storage space. I thought that they were great at first but when asked what i thought of the work, I told him and he made a appointment to come back and he he kept changing times. He looked at the problem that he made and then told me that i have to pay him extra cause he now has to redo his work.And don't let him fool you. The thermostat that he sales you at a great price cost $20 new and he sales it for $80 He charged to much for his service and does not promise that his service will work. work
