Pretty good for the price 5/1/2010

Pretty decent for the price. the place has been remodeld and has new appliances and stuff. I like the central heat and air instead of those wall air conditioners. They have ceiling fans in all the rooms. I've been here for 6 months and haven't seen roaches. Maybe that other reviewer ought to clean their apartment once in a while. Pros: Built in microwaves, central heat and air, ceiling fans Cons: nothing fancy more

Bad customer service 12/19/2008

These apartments have raoches. Not only that but MANAGEMENT WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND IF YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART. To add to all this, I didn't even move in, nor did I sign a lease or contract and Nikki, the apartment manager refused to give me back my money so I now have to go to small claims court to get my money back! Pros: The apartments come with a built in microwave Cons: you will live with a bunch of tiny roomates that terminators cant get rid of more
