I was at Candicci’s on Easter (2013) for the buffet.\r
We were at the buffet last Easter (2012) and it was really good. The only gripe I had was the live band, it was a little much for the small space.\r
This year I noticed how unorganized everything was. \r
We had made a reservation 2 weeks prior and were placed in the back with a bunch of tables lined up similar to a church fish fry, we were placed by an obnoxious family with kids, and we asked to move, after a slight attitude we were moved. \r
The buffet line was so long we sat at our table for a while.\r
The way the buffet is set up is a joke; it looks like it should have been at someone’s house or a cheap wedding reception. \r
You lined up in front of other people’s table, so your rear end is in their face. When you finally do get up to the buffet the plates are all scattered on a table, some looked dirty and the second time I went up there were only a few plates.\r
The food was not bad but it was just so thrown together.\r
There was bacon, sausage, toasted ravioli, salad, nasty meat that tasted old, danish, and some fruit.\r
The ad stated seafood, pasta, etc. \r
The kitchen was right by the buffet table, the staff’s passing by do not even excuse themselves when passing through. The kitchen looked filthy too. \r
The next night my mother became very ill, not sure if it was food poising or a stomach virus probably caused from an ignorant staff member or patron.\r
Not that anyone cares, but I will not be back and will tell others about my incident.\r
A piece of advice to the owner, maybe consider closing or re organize your place.\r
