This company is awful. I got a light fixture from a highly reputable company called Worlds Away. I was told was unsafe by my electrician who I had to pay for to come and inspect the light prior to installing wiring in my house to then install light fixture. He said it was defective. I called and they said they would refund me. But then I had to follow up for an RMA # three times and the return department accused me of tampering with the fixture. I returned the item as was without anything touched, When it got to Candelabra I was told wires were cut by me. NOT TRUE. I dont have wiring in my new home to cut wires and install the light fixture.
I have complained to the BBB and they have gone as far as calling me a liar by saying I changed my story of return "3 times". I have written emails and evidence that they lie to keep your money. The reps were rude, unresponsive and the returns manager HUNG UP on me without so much as a courtesy return call.
I am now after spending $580 on a light fixture another $180 to ship to to the company who is threatening to not return the item after 7 days unless I organize for shipment pick up and payment of another $180. So in essence this company has cost me $1000 for one light fixture because they lie and their electricians cut wires in order to not return /refund your money. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!! I have filed a complaint with Worlds Away as well. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! that is desperate to make money of its customers
