Dear CamperRentalsUSA , We would like to thank you for making our motorhome experience a truly memorable one. A friend told us about CamperRentalsUSA and said that they are reliable and clean. We were so pleased with the rental, the comfort and ease, that we plan on doing this again in the future. We have now decided to possibly purchase a motorhome in the next few years because we had such a wonderful time. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can get away. Next time, we want to try one a little bigger.First, we would like to thank Erik for our reservation and update. He explained the different rentals to help us decide what we needed and sent us confirmation quickly. We truly appreciate this outstanding service and trust our thanks will be passed directly to him. I would also like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the RV, having previously rented more than once from another company. We enjoyed the sense of space and additional conveniences in the 31 ‘’ Coachmen A Class and had no difficulty driving it. I have already recommended CamperRentalsUSA to at least two interested parties and would have no hesitation recommending to anyone interested in this type of vacation. Bad: An absolutely great time! We had an absolutely great time on our first RV adventure and are ready to do it again sometime! Thanks for setting us up so nicely – the RV was great, the staff in Ventura was fantastic and, of course, the National Parks were phenomenal. I appreciate you looking after us so well!. more

Thank you for the great service 2/20/2011

My rental process went very smoothly from A to Z. It was my very first time renting a mobile home. I did my share of researching for better terms. I liked what I got with CamperRentalsUSA. All the information on the web site and the e-mails I received from CamperRentalsUSA regarding my reservation was easy to follow. I was promised there were no hidden fees and there was none. Picking up was easy. Originally our pick up time was 3:00PM but when I made a phone call and they let me come in at 1:00PM. We started earlier than expected. The pickup and return location was near Los Angeles, a short shuttle ride from the terminal. The representative spoke perfect English. Our mobile home was new and clean. We finished our pre-rental check up quickly. I was well informed of the terms of returning our vehicle. I drove out of their parking lot within 20 min. The mobile home was not as hard as I expected in terms of driving and parking. Although the trip computer on the vehicle was in Germany only, they did provide an English manual in the car. The inside was spacious enough for our family of 6, three adults, one teenager, one six year old, and a 17 month old baby. All the equipment and the compartments worked as they were supposed to. For six nights and seven days our family did not have any complaints. Returning the vehicle went without any problem. I was ten minutes late but they said it wasn¡¯t a problem. I returned the vehicle with less amount of fuel than I drove off with but they said it was not much of a difference. I was not charged for the gas. The same representative came out of the office right away and we checked the vehicle thoroughly. I was informed that I need to pay for a torn window screen. I agreed and signed the paper. I checked with my credit card company and found out they deducted $50 for the broken window screen and returned the rest of my deposit within three days of the return. The whole returning process took less than 15 min. It felt like every process was clear and straightforward. I more

Great Service and clean RV 2/6/2011

Great Service and clean RV All in all, our experience was very positive. Making the reservation was painless trough there website , and the rental information page there was most helpful in planning. We found the staff on the phone and especially in Ventura helpful and friendly, and they got us on the road quickly and with minimal fuss. Our return was just as painless. The motor home itself was clean when we picked it up, in good repair, and didn't have any of the lingering odors the Ms was half expecting. All of the vehicles are also non-smoking. The RV proved to be conversation piece of sorts, too: since it had a small stickers on the front , curious passers-by often approached us for information about renting one themselves. So I guess the main question is, "Would we rent from Camperrentalsusa again?" and the answer is a resounding "Yes!" more

Renter BEWARE! 8/28/2010

Renter BEWARE:Very Nice RV that I only drove locally to the Beach. Rented it with the full cleanup fee. Great Experience UNTIL returned and got the surprise of my life. I should have known when the Owner, Eric, was telling that I was getting a great deal. I guess he's makes it up on the backend.when he charged me an additional $165 for a fine scratch on the top foot of the RV. When he encouraged me to come to his facility to discuss and he show me the next day, he NO-Showed and I had to hunt down maintenance staff to explain the issue. Having been told it was a 20 to 30 min. buff job plus seeing the the RVs next to mine were scratch 10X worse, I figured whatever 25 minutes costs. And after no-showing he never had the professionalism to call me back, tell me what he was charging me. He got his extra day rental fee which is what he wanted and lost a customer for LIFE. I would rent from ANY of the other camper places in Ventura County. more
