For home safety, the best 4/27/2010

One of the biggest problems was communication, it seemed I was not able to adequately state my desire, wish and concerns. On the other hand, their prices are a little bit high, but then again, how much are you willing to pay for your safety and the safety of those that you love? I still recommend them Pros: Highly commited, very ethical Cons: Not very accesible more

Very responsive alarm company 1/12/2010

My home was burglarized the week after Christmas. Somebody had broken the rear window and stolen my TV and my stereo and my computer. After the police left, I called Campbell's. They came out the same day, analyzed the break-in and showed me a very affordable Honeywell security system. Their installers came out the next morning and by noon my home was safe and secure. What a pleasure having such a responsive local security company and not having to deal with all those sales-hype ADT-types. I highly recommend Campbell's if you need a new security system installed in your home. Pros: Responsive, affordable, professional Cons: n/a more

Pleasant surprise 1/12/2010

I've had to move a number of times with my job and each time I had to choose a new company for my home security. Campbell's is the best I've seen .... by far! Not only did the offer the exact system I wanted (Honeywell Ademco) but their price was much lower than I expected and their installation was fast and professional. I give them an A+ for their professional attitude and fast response and wish that more companies were as good at what they do. Pros: Fast, professional, inexpensive Cons: None observed more

Very happy with their alarm service 12/1/2009

When I called Huntsville Security about a new home security system, they came out the same day and showed me their new Honeywell VISTA alarm. They installed it the next day. Company is very prompt and professional .... HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need a new alarm! Pros: Fast and courteous Cons: N/A more

Excellent Security System 12/1/2009

This is a local Honeywell security company that is family owned and friendly. Their wireless alarm system was professionally installed and they were much more affordable than all those ADT dealers. Pros: Low cost, very affordable, very prompt and professional Cons: None that I can think of more

Excellent security system & very inexpensive 1/7/2008

After my home was burglarized, I priced a number of home security systems and most of them were very expensive (especially ADT's). I was surprised when Huntsville Security offered to install a new Honeywell system that met all of my needs at a price far below what most of the other companies wanted to charge me for a basic system. Their installers were prompt and courteous and professional and completed the installation the next morning. Huntsville Security has helped to turn a very unpleasant experience into one where I feel much safer and secure in my home. I'm very happy I decided to use them and give them an A+ for both their responsiveness and helpfulness. Pros: Low cost, very professional, great system Cons: None that I can think of more
