WORST PLACE EVER!!! Went in to get hi lites on virgin hair cuz I'm eventually wanting to be blonde...the stylist said she could make me all blonde without damaging my hair or making it brassy...well it came out very brassy, very uneven, the root was lighter than the ends...when it dried it looked worse...went back the next day and they then wanted to hi lite it or color it back to my natural color but no refund...I didn't want them touching my hair I just wanted my money back, they gave me the hair manager's number when I called her to tell her how upset I was she hung up on me... I asked the front desk for the person above the hair manager, they wouldn't tell me, I asked who the owner was they wouldn't tell me, so I called the Camilla Day Spa in Orlando and they gave me all the info I needed...they still would not give me my money back so I disputed it with my credit card company and complained to the BBB!!! Don't EVER go there! Horrible customer service and stylists don't know what they are doing more

I always go here just to get my eyebrows down (they do an amazing job by the way, wouldn't go anywhere else!) And I decided to treat my mom and myself to a spa day! It was my first time and I have to say it was amazing :) The ladies that took care of us were really sweet and they did a great job on our hands and feet. The polish was perfect, they massaged our arms, legs, feet, and hands. Even when we were drying our nails they came back and massaged our necks! I loved it! more

I just came back from a cruise and the beach water made my hair tangled and lifeless. I wanted to revive my hair so I went to Camilla Day Spa, which is my go-to salon. The staff always goes out of their way to take care of me and make me feel special. I had my hair straightened with Nina, and she recommended their new Aveda service which is the only line that offers a chemical free and natural straightening, and I'm glad that I tried it. My hair came out nice, smooth, and shiny. It never felt better. And, it was much better than the Brazilian Keratin that I had at another salon where it left my hair dry and lifeless. I highly recommend the service. more

I was on vacation with my girlfriend from PA and we stopped into Camilla Day Spa at the mall. I got a massage and my girlfriend got her nails/hair done. I must say the customer service there was exceptional. Everybody was very nice and friendly. The staff was very professional and had great knowledge of their job. I love the Aveda products they used. The place was very clean and pleasant. Made me feel like I was in a 5 star Spa/Salon but at a very affordable price. I wish there was a similar Spa where I live. I definitely recommend this Spa to others. more

So i stopped at this spa while i was shopping in coral square mall just to get a quit mani and pedi.When i walked in i was greeted by the owner (Cam) i soon found out her name was she told me there would be only a 5 minute wait and then one of the front desk girls told me it would be 20 mins.!!! I asked cam if i could put a tip on my card BEFORE getting the service and she said YES! i waited and finally got my mani pedi while i was sitting in the chair i saw a roach on the wall!! While i was checking out the front desk girls told me i couldnt leave tip on the card. the owner and the girl went back and forth for awhile and then finally let me put the tip on the card!!! OMG worst experience EVER the owner does not know how to run a business!!!! more

Went in today for the first time to get my hair done with Nina and facial with Irene. The hair color came out fabulous and hair never felt healthier. Loved the warm towels and the scalp massage. Facial was amazing and all the extras that came with it. The place is beautiful and spotless; smells wonderful. Heard many good things from friends about Camilla Day Spa; and glad got a chance to try it. You don't find a place as nice as this around here. Very Impressed. Try it. more

Since it was my birthday, I went to the ""spa"" for a color, haircut, and a manicure. 1st- Place is DIRTY,DIRTY,DIRTY!!! Old hair is stuck in the corners, dusty shelves, dirty mirrors, and some hairdressers were eating their lunch in the main area!Just Gross! It didn't feel like a spa at all. 2nd-The color was done semi-right...let's say the roots are still lighter then the rest of the color. Now,the cut it's a completely different story...I explained to the hairdresser what I wanted exactly, even showed her pictures.At first she said the cut is too difficult (Victoria's Beckham modern Bob) then said she will try. 3rd- When I got home, my husband pointed out that my hair was cut uneven. One side has more layers, the other is much longer!!!For a $45 haircut you would expect to get a symmetrical cut, but not at that salon. Just ridiculous.The place is a caricature of Aveda' salons. It should be closed down. 4th- I haven't had any product done on my hair while styling. I had to ask myself for a hairspray at the end! 5th- I've been to many different AVeda salons, in Florida and other places and this one is the worst!!! They don't massage your head, they don't pamper you like other AVeda places, nobody asked me if I would like water,tea, anything...which is supposed to be Aveda's signature as well....HAircuttery offers better services, and much cheaper. AVOID this salon if you don't want to upset yourself!!!! more

I moved from out of state, and was devastated that I had to leave my hair stylist....after 27 years she was a friend. I happened upon Camilla's after we moved here from Pembroke Pines and we were walking around the mall. I have been a patron for a year and a half and have been very satisfied. My stylist is so caring and friendly, a real joy to me. Pros: Being open 7 days a week more

Camilla Day Spa is a gem in Coral Springs. My daughter and I come for our hair, pedicures, manicures and love the place. The staff are happy and friendly. The nice thing is that we can request the same person every time we come. They always go an extra mile for you; the other day when it rained; the front desk gal took us to our car with her umbrella. Love all the extras you get! neck & shoulder massage, warm towels, herb tea. Everyones truly care for their customers here. It is also very convenient as they're open 7 days a week. No matter how busy they are; they have always been accomodating to us in getting us in. It is hard to find a nice place these days where you can get the best services at such reasonable prices. Highly recommended; Pros: GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PRICE Cons: Saturday may be busy and may be a bit of a wait more

I went to this place to get a simple hair cut! Since it was my first time I took Magazine pictures with me and everything! They guy was a total Idiot!!! First he said he couldnt see the Pictures well, So I tried explaining it. He didnt get it! He started showing me what he was going to do and I was llike NO listen! then he started looking through those big salon books to find pictures on how to cut my hair! HE is supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL!! Im paying $40+ for someone that has NO Idea what hes doing! So I said Nevermind is there someone else that can cut hair! And He gets an attitude with me and starts saying things to others in spanish! I went to the receptionist , I spoke to the manager I left cause they couldnt do anything for me and didnt have another hairstylist available on a Friday afternoon! So I left. NO appology from the manager no nothing! I ended up across at Regis spent 35 bucks The lady Could see my magazine pictures and Was super freindly and got exactly what I wanted for cheaper! AVOID CAMILLA DAY SPA!! Unless your just getting your nails done or something simple! Cons: Everything more

I went there 2 weeks before my wedding for a simple high light on virgin hair. After spending 8 hours there, the hair stylist was unable to fix my hair that he ruined! It was damaged and a multitude of different colors! IT WAS HORRIFIC! I took pictures and my head hurt for 4 days after!! I had to go to an upscale salon to have it fixed and it cost me 330 bucks! After admitting my hair was a accident at their salon, the REFUSED TO PAY and LIED TO MY MOTHER ABOUT HOW LONG I WAS THERE FOR! THEY SAID THEY HAD ME ON CAMERA LEAVING 3 HOURS EARLIER THEN I DID! THEY LIED!!!!!!!!!! AVOID! NEVER GO THERE! ON TOP OF IT ALL, THEY ARE DIRTY AND DON'T CLEAN ANYTHING!!!!!!!! Cons: STAY CLEAR! more
