The are not willing to see new patients for the next few months, because they have one of their three doctors out on extended leave. Don't waste your time.

Compassionate, Diagonistically Capable 2/23/2011

Our experience with Dr Cameron has been sterling. She takes the time to explain and really knows what she is doing. She really has the compassion needed for both our kitty and the quivering us in the face of illness. We have been to speciality practices with "diplomates" with excellent credentials who were soooooo bright and so is she. Not all diplomates are fabulous but Dr. Cameron is without this credential. more

They are the "gold standard" of vets 12/29/2008

I'd seen Dr. Mary Cameron and the other vets at Cameron Vet Hospital for a number of years. Most recently, I prepared two cats (that I'd been watching for friends who'd moved back to the UK) and needed to prepare these cats for flight and immigration into the UK to join their previous owners.\r \r Dr. Cameron's staff accommodated my appointment to do paperwork on short notice. Beyond this, Dr. Cameron devoted part of a Saturday morning to personally review both cat's previous paperwork (vaccination records, blood titre measurements, etc.) which were all done elsewhere to ensure the cats were ready to travel. To her credit she found one problem with one of the cats' rabies documents (which avoided a wasted airport trip for that cat). \r \r I have seen other vets at various times, for instance to during holiday breaks to get various vaccinations when Dr. Cameron's office didn't have openings. This vet service is very attentive and works well with your schedule. They handle your pets well and try to develop a bond with your animal . Clean!! more

excellent pet care 3/5/2006

We take our cat and dog to this vet. The staff is friendly, and the care is excellent. I think the rates are on the high side and you must bring the animal for an exam to get their shots. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait even when you have an appointment, but it is not too hard to get an appointment within a day or two. PROS: excellent pet care CONS: cost more

    The most exciting part of building the new hospital was setting up all the new equipment that will make treating our patients easier and their stays more pleasant. In the examination rooms,floors are non-slip,and tables are non-cold,i.e. laminate not stainless steel. The lighting is full-spectrum,making examination more accurate. Each of our three exam rooms has its own scale and X-ray view box,which saves time,and everybody knows animals hate to wait!

    We have a beautiful,airy operating room with a skylight. We will be providing a wide range of surgical services.

    In the critical care ward,there will be three cages with warm flooring and oxygen/nebulizing therapy. In the hospital wards cages are sound-dampened to minimize noise. In our five runs,there is a radiant heat system in the floor for large patients who are recovering from surgery/anesthesia or who need a warm environment for any reason.

    The hospita l has been designed to maximize our ability to diagnose and treat our patients,and for our patients comfort. Oh yes,our reception area is bright and airy with comfortable seating for our clients' comfort as well.
