Typical shop you choose when you need a ""quick fix"" and spot it from the road. When you go here to purchase a very basic and simple item, you'll be hard sold on other items compatible with your equipment and it will seem like you are getting super savings of about ""50% off"" but beware because there is a ""no refund/exchange only"" policy and it will not be reviewed. \r
There are no indicators inside of the shop whatsoever that state this policy -- you only learn after the fact when one of the ""employees"" points out the fine print on the receipt. \r
My boyfriend was hard sold on a wide angle lens for his camera, a UV protection filter and a camera bag; all of which came to be around $820 with the 6.5% sales tax and was refused a refund after he changed his mind. On Amazon dot com, I purchased the exact same items and more for only $129.99. The scam artist who conned him into all the extras with his ""50% off"" pitch tried to show us a catalogue that reflected the ""true value"" of all the items and was speechless when I pointed out how little I paid for my accessories online. They also got very nervous and evasive when we called them out on being scam artists and threatened to go to the Bureau for Better Business, which you better believe we did.\r
On the business cards provided, no information is printed regarding who the owner or general manager might be...We spoke with two people in reference to who this might be, and were given two different answers -- the first being that he lives in Miami and the second being that he lives in California. We were also informed that they do not give out his specific information.\r
We went back only FOUR DAYS after the initial sale, and were told that now there was absolutely NOTHING that could be done -- not even a lousy exchange. \r
Moral of the story -- go a few miles down the road to Festival Bay Mall for camera accessories because only legal US citizens work there and they will not try to scam you out of your hard earned money.
Pros: convienient, personable at first
