Beware before renting at this place; it is run by a large corporation that is traded on Wall St. What this means is they only care about profit; they do not care about you as a person. Their priority is to please their stockholders and squeeze as many dollars out of their tenants as possible.\r \r Every time your lease comes up for expiration you get an "Early Bird Special" of a rent increase. My last offer was a rent increase of over $200 non-negotiable. I refused to pay that and they do not care because they got a new sucker coming in and paying over $1,400 for a one bedroom.\r \r If you are on a fixed budget or looking for a long term place to live, you should look elsewhere.\r \r This review is my opinion. more

I've been the longest resident at this complex (over 10 years) and have witnessed much change in the complex over the years.\r \r I love my apartment and the location. It is, in my opinion, the best location in any part of suburban Denver. The staff has had some problems over the years. Some of the staff has been absolutely amazing and some others in the past have been incompetent and at times shady. When I first moved here, the service was the best I had ever seen in any hospitality job. Over time it has lost its personal feel to a degree and felt more corporate.\r \r That being said, it remains my place of choice to live. The amenities are fabulous and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The location is right near the mountains, city, and anything else you would want to get to. more

I rented an apartment here for a little over 3 years. When I first moved in the complex was well taken care of, the service was top notch and I felt safe and taken care of. By the time I moved out, the security gate hadn't worked for almost 2 years, the landscaping had suffered and the buildings were showing their wear. \r \r My biggest issue was the water leak I experienced in my apartment. Obviously the roof needed repair and instead of fixing it, they tried to patch it several times. Each time we had a big storm, my ceiling leaked in my bedroom. It was so bad by the time I moved out, they were going to have to replace all of the drywall in my ceiling. \r \r It's a beautiful location, it's too bad they refused to take care of it. more
