I rented an apartment here for a little over 3 years. When I first moved in the complex was well taken care of, the service was top notch and I felt safe and taken care of. By the time I moved out, the security gate hadn't worked for almost 2 years, the landscaping had suffered and the buildings were showing their wear. \r

My biggest issue was the water leak I experienced in my apartment. Obviously the roof needed repair and instead of fixing it, they tried to patch it several times. Each time we had a big storm, my ceiling leaked in my bedroom. It was so bad by the time I moved out, they were going to have to replace all of the drywall in my ceiling. \r

It's a beautiful location, it's too bad they refused to take care of it.
