I was told I needed an ingnitor for my furnace...walked in bought one, no problem charged $47. I am not contractor...Part wasn't correct one per the contractor who worked on furnace. Tried to return it, and they refused....rule is no electrical parts returned....but they explained they bent the rules to help me.....then told me that is was bending a rule to even sell to me. So bent rule to get $47....which I heard was over an beyond wholesale price, so bending the rules made this company money. (so obviously they are set up for pricing outside "wholesale". So they will break the rules to make a buck. The funny part was they blamed the contractor for sending me there in the first place??????? Anything to make a buck....then they told me they were helping me out...funny thing is is they actually took advantage of a person in distress, because they didn't take the part back, it was wrong, and the person in destress is stuck with a $47... part they can't use...Rule wasn't bent to help me, or they would have taken it back. Beware, get 2nd opinions..please let my $47 lesson help all of you out, In this economy we can't afford bad customer service. Remember the person you first met represents the whole company. Dishonesty is a bad disease and helps no one. I never told them I was with a company, infact the only time they ask how I knew it was wrong, when I told them a contractor told me. They didn't care who I was or with only saw the cash in my hand.
