Although I am not a member of Calvary Temple, I have been there a few times. I think that they have a wonderful ministry, and all of the members are very friendly. They do not judge others, and there is diversity among the members, something you don't often see in churches. They offer a wonderful VBS program during the summer for a week, and the kids absolutely love it! more

  • Calvary Academy in Springfield, IL, is a ministry of the Calvary Temple Christian Center. It opened in 1977 with the same focuses it has today ? the student?s spiritual, physical and academic needs. It serves grades kindergarten through grade 12. The curricular offerings satisfy the entrance requirements of IL colleges and universities. It is accredited through the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) and is recognized by the IL State Board of Education.
