While i do agree that the wait can sometimes be long, I have never had to be rescheduled for any appointment or test. Most of the time a cause for this is that pateints go in for one thing, but address several issues with the doctor. He is then obligated to address these matters. I would not recomend this doctors office to anyone. Since this office has changed hands there is no courtesy to the patients. There has been waiting for hour or longer and then asked to reschedule (but don't you miss an appointment it will cost you $$$$), no more reminders of your appointments (as like the office before did), no phone calls on any test results, mess up's on pap smears and urine samples and they have to be redone (we all like to do this stuff ""RIGHT""). The girl at the window is rude on the phone and off the phone, & last but not least if you don't pay what ever the 10% is that insurance doesn't cover you are dropped as a patient, but they can't tell you what that amount is before you leave so you can pay...... more
