Worst

Calumet Floral is the closest flower shop to me, but I've had the worst experience there and will never go back! I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the next flower shop than to deal ...

GREAT service! 1/15/2008

ANY time I've called Calumet Floral, I've gotten exceptional service. I've been very impressed with the personalized service and quality of the product. We've ordered arrangements from a national chain in the past that (unfortunately) came from a florist in Hancock, and the quality was substandard. We've since ordered directly from Calumet Floral....with MUCH better results. more

Very satisfied.. 1/13/2008

Calumet Floral has always worked with me to deliver top notch arrangements and special requests. I certainly wouldn't drive 30 miles to find another florist when the best are right in my back yard! more

I find it hard to believe that anyone could not be satisfied with Calumet Floral and Gifts. The employees and the products are tops.The designers do a beautiful job for all occasions and show great respect for customers wishes. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I can always find a gift for a special occasion or decor to spruce up my own home. They also have a Master Gardner on staff to help me with any of my house plant problems, or gardening in my own yard.They are the best. more

Very unsatisfied 11/15/2005

Calumet Floral is the closest flower shop to me, but I've had the worst experience there and will never go back! I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the next flower shop than to deal with Calumet Floral again. The flowers I've bought there a few times have been lacking in quality and die within 2 days, but their customer service is what bothers me. They are so rude! I've been in there a total of 5 times, and the workers are just rude every single time, so I won't be going back. Their prices are also much, much higher than the next flower shop 30 minutes away! more

Competition needed 9/13/2005

Unfortunately, Calumet Floral is the only flower shop in Calumet. They have good selection. But, quality is lacking. My husband has gotten me roses (delivered to work) that look like they are a week old. They looked so horrible that I couldn't believe that they let that bouquet leave the store. I will never shop there again. I told my husband to never get me flowers, even though I love them as a surprise. It is just not worth it going there. It hasn't been just one time, but three times. Three strikes...they are out. Maybe I have bad luck...but three times??? more
