We think Adam is the greatest! Rented our home faster than we could believe – always contacts us with concerns – when I call him with concerns he responds immediately. Did a home inspection within two days of me calling with a concern, met my husband after hours to see the house when we came to visit from out of state. We love Adam! He should get a raise! more

I rented from Call Realty for a few years and gave them no problems, caused no damage to the unit, and took care of the place as my own. No pets, no smoking, no service calls, lived alone. The ""ideal tenant"". Yet Call Realty nickel and dimed me every chance they had.\r The duplex I shared with a family of four was supplied with a single water main and meter...when it came time to pay for utility overages at the end of the year Call expected me to pay HALF of the overage as if I was using the same amount as the family of four (3 of whom were there all day, every day.) Obviously I refused, and they rudely conceded.\r Upon vacating, they witheld $60+ from my deposit without providing justification AND they didn't send a response or the money within the 14 days required by law. My place was immaculate at checkout, yet they somehow managed to find a reason to keep some of my money. \r I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. (oh, and your place better be cleaner than a hospital if you expect to get your full deposit back) Also, select people in their office are not friendly at all. Customer service has something left to be desired. more

I have been renting a duplex from Call Realty for the last year. It is the WORST customer service I have ever gotten. The duplex we are renting has a bathroom floor falling apart and they will not come and fix it. I have been calling and requesting maintenance on different things around the house and have not gotten anything fixed. They are rude and they will tell you basically whatever they think you want to hear but never follow through on it!!! I would not recommend anyone rent from them!!!!! Pros: There are none!! I am a new customer to call realty. They have not made my renting experience a pleasure. Not only do they not return phone calls they are also very rude in person. As a customer who pays them a lot of money a month, they are not at all grateful for my business. I am renting a house rather than buying, and the day I went in to sign my lease, lunch break seemed more important to them than I did. They did not review my lease with me and did not check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Also, they do not follow through with what is promised. Whether that be what they promised in the lease or what they verbally promised. I would not reccomend renting from them or doing any business with this company. Pros: available on Saturdays Cons: very rude and unhelpful more
