I replace the lamp on my big Sony 60" TV. Then I started to smell something burning the next day. I called Pewaukee Television Repair Services Inc and they came over the very next day. Turns out I bought a cheap Chinese lamp on line and it damaged my TV. Should of gotten the original Sony Lamp. So I tried to save a buck and ended up doing more damage than good. The technician had the parts I needed and after giving me a written estimate he quickly fixed the TV and installed a original SONY lamp. So I learned my lesson. My Sony LCD Projection Tv was Giving me troubles. So I called around and liked what Pewaukee Television Repair Services Inc had to say. I was impressed with their honesty and knowledge of my problem. They made a home visit the next day. Explained all the charges and were well equipped. They did their analysis of my issue and found I had Two problems, I bad lame and a overheated light engine. They also told me this was a common problem on many Sony Tvs. they recommended I contact Sony and see about an extended Warranty, Sony had started. Well I tell you these guys could of stuck me good but instead they told me it was better for me to contact Sony. Even though they did not get a repair job, they earned a customer. About two weeks later Sony Shipped me a new TV. I had no Ideas how to instal a Flat LCD TV. So I called Pewaukee Television Repair Services Inc again. They came out and installed it, hung it on the wall and did all the wiring too. I gave them the old TV and would of easily paid double for what they asked. Thank Todds1 in Oconomowoc more

Buddy58 is actually Bobs TV and Drum shop. A competitor. The proof is if you click on the blue ""Buddy58"" you see he leaves fake customer reviews about his own shop. Now that is SAD.... Bob is trying to discredit our great service and only hurting himself. Anyone who really reads this review can tell that this is not a customer nor a real review. So we need not defend his ridiculous statements. But we will say we do not sell TV's as Bob falsely claims. Bob is upset because he now has competition in what was his exclusive lake country territory. BOB, We pity you. Pewaukee Television Repair Services Inc. does provide better service. All Technicians are Factory trained with College Degrees in electronics and Computers. We have modern equipment and training. We warrant all our work in writing. We only use OEM Parts not cheap Chinese parts.
