Best

I am addicted to their chicken marsala, so I haven't tried much else on the menu. Since I always drag my sister with me when I need a marsala fix, she's had a huge variety of dish...

This is probably my 6th or 7th time visiting this place. Everytime has been decent and good. But this time...I just had two slices from two separate pizzas that were undercooked. ...

Food is good and service as well,at least last time was in 2006. more

Avoid when the crust isn't done! 8/11/2008

This is probably my 6th or 7th time visiting this place. Everytime has been decent and good. But this time...I just had two slices from two separate pizzas that were undercooked. The texture was limp-ish thus making the pizza gross. Overall this place is a 2 or 3/5. 1st time though was probably a 4/5. more

Everything is good 4/18/2008

I am addicted to their chicken marsala, so I haven't tried much else on the menu. Since I always drag my sister with me when I need a marsala fix, she's had a huge variety of dishes there. She has liked every single one. Other dishes that I love: dumpling and artichoke dip appetizers, any of the soups, the blended drinks are tasty. This is one place we love to go with people, because we know they'll like whatever they order. Pros: chicken marsala, appetizers, variety of food Cons: large crowds (and long wait) on weekends and nights with Jazz games more

Great restaurant! 6/20/2006

I have to say, California Pizza Kitchen exceeded my expectations for pizza. I love their pizzas and their salads. I love the atmosphere, and did I mention, I loved the pizza? Yes. I loved the pizza. more

Good but pricey 8/8/2005

I had the Sicilian pizza. Nice thin crust. Just like I like it. The meat toppings were generous and flavorful and didn't drown out the taste of the sauce and cheese. I think the prices are a little high though. Pros: menu selection, taste, portion size Cons: crowded, noisy, high prices more

Love their food! 7/14/2005

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The people are friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. There is something for everyone on the menu and it is at one of our favorite malls. The portions are also very big. We usually split something. Pros: food, service, location Cons: location-need 1 in PC, weekend lines more

CPK IS THE BOMB! 8/7/2003

And that's a good thing! We've been eating at CPK ever since one opened up in Kahala, Hawaii, over 12 years ago. My sisters and I find it our most favorite place to really enjoy delicious and unique flavors and high quality food for a decent price. Fantastic pastas and salads and a spinach artichoke dip ""to die for."" Pros: Affordable, Delicious food, Healthy food Cons: kinda crowded sometim, pretty decent parking more

Utah has no taste 6/4/2003

Sure CPK serves up their specialty. Pizza. But it's nothing special. There's no love or originality in the food. Originality you might ask? Thai Chicken Pizza? What's not original about that. Well, if this pizza joint was the one and only or even if this where a Utah local chain I could understand. But the folks in Utah love their out of state chains. Serving up the frozen goodness that fattens out-of-state pockets. Come on Utah! Get with the program and realize good food doesn't come from the freezer. And locals can serve up a killer pie. Pros: Consistant, Semi-Clean, Trendy Cons: Chain Food, Small, Did I mention - Chain more

The best Pizza ever! 5/15/2003

CPK is just the best gourmet pizza around. All of them are so good. No need to be affraid of what to order, they will take it back if you're not satisfied and bring you something else. I highly recommend the Carne Asada... ohhhh that is to die for. They definitely need to open more locations, we desperately need one in Utah Co. Pros: Good food, Quick service Cons: Wait... wait... more

Best Gormet Pizza 1/20/2003

Others try but cannot compare. CPK started the trend and has stayed ahead of the curve. Great gormet pizzas, the Tandori Chicken is KILLER!! The BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad is also great and the pastas and soups are yummy. I have never had a bad meal at CPK. Pros: Inovative, Always fresh, Quick service Cons: Wait too long, Need more locations more

Eye-opening Experience! 12/21/2002

This eatery was surprisingly good if a bit predictable and cookie-cutter. One item that caught my eye right away, and was well worth it ordering was the Sicilian Pizza. Very tasty and with all the classic Mediterranean flavors; the crust was excellent. The quality was good, consistent throughout the menu. The wine list a bit sparse but some good selections. The Shiraz went well with my cajun-hot Jambalaya. That was a fiery combination! Pros: Consistent quality Cons: Crowded, Small wine selection more

Ok for a snack while shopping 11/17/2002

As chains go, this is what can be expected. The food is good and the service is fine, but it is just for a quick bite to eat while enjoying the surroundings of The Gateway. more

Overpriced Bird sized food 11/1/2002

The pizza is decent quality, nothing special. The size of the pizzas are criminal though. You pay around $10 for a pizza that does not even begin to satisfy your appitite. I am not a big eater but after lunch one day I was craving much more. Cons: price, size of meal, value more

Hmm Good! 9/25/2002

Arguably the best pizza in SLC! Light crusts. Unique toppings. My favorites are the Five Cheese and the Rustica. Pizza like they make in Europe. Provencal and mixed greens salads are very good as well. Their Key Lime pie is the best I've ever had. But what's up with Pepsi products. Utah is a Coke state! more

awesome 7/19/2002

i eat at C.P.K. all the time the service is out standing all the time i go there, they the best tasting pizzasaround. Pros: take-out Cons: crowded more
